Yes , there is a 30lb weight limit - 2 pets allowed per apartment. Is there a pet fee? Yes, $300.00 non-refundable pet fee. Do I have to pay the pet fee all at once? We allow you to break it up into 3 - $100 monthly payments. Are there breed restrictions? Yes, pitbull, rottweiller, german shepherd, (agressive breeds) Is there an application fee? Yes, a $30 fee is required to process the application. How many people are allowed per apartment? We allow 2 people per bedroom. Are utilities included as part of the rent? No, the tenant will have to pay water, approx $27 per month, electric-between $50-150 per month and the cable bill. What are the terms of the lease? We have two terms available: 6 or 12 month lease, 6 month leases are $25 more per month (1-bedroom $550) Is there a different price for upstairs vs downstairs apartments?
